         It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that this past week due to the pulled muscle in My back that I didn't amuse Myself in person with anyone but I did have a bit of fun with long distance training via a phone session. This week should be close to being back to normal, thank goodness. It's no fun being frustrated.

         Another roller coaster ride of a week which resulted in only half an update this past week. Didn't see the update? Well that's because there was an update on My Medical blog.

        What a busy but excellent week it was. So much pleasure, so much excitement. I took tons of eye candy which is why My update is a little late this week.        Where has the year went? It's hard to believe it's already October but here we are. The last couple of months has been a roller coaster ride but thankfully it's starting to get back on track finally.      Another year has passed and a whole new year is before us. 2021, I hope will be much better for all of us. May this year be full of peace, happiness and lots of pleasure.
