Basic Enema Recipes

Enemas That I Use....

Warm water should be just above body temp. but NOT over 102 degrees. 

Basic Warm Water Enema: 2 qts. Warm Water 

Soapy Enema: 2 qts. Warm Water and .5 - 1 oz. Castile Soap

Soap Suds Enema: 2 qts. Warm Water and 2 oz. Castile Soap

Ivory Soap Enema: 2 qts. Warm Water and 1/8 to 1/4 Grated/ Dissolved Ivory Soap bar. DO NOT USE LIQUID SOAP!

Epsom Salt Enema: 2 qts. Warm Water and 2 tbsp. Epsom Salts
